Our services

Shine Bright Equine Human Services is an Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy centre situated in picturesque Arcadia, just thirty minutes northwest of Sydney.

Shine Bright Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy is about contact and closeness to the horse as a living being. The centre is owned and operated by Anne-Katrin Liebe, a highly experienced and qualified International Equestrian Level 2 Coach and Sports Scientist. Anne-Katrin offers holistic and unique opportunities for people all ages and various needs to connect with horses and themselves.

Carolyn McMurtrie

Our daughter has problems in adapting to new experiences and situations, and that is evidenced by quite high anxiety and high stress. We are so appreciative of Anne-Katrin’s patience and kindness as she has led her through the sessions with her beautiful horse Sterntaler. Initially she was extremely reluctant to interact in any way, but with Anne-Katrin’s quiet and supportive guidance, much has been achieved. After 8 sessions at Shine Bright Equine Assisted Therapy  we have observed a much steadier state of mind developing in our daughter; situations that have caused stress and anxiety previously are now being approached in a much calmer and more reasonable way. This is very noticeable, and so important as her life goes on. There will be difficult situations, and we feel that this equine supported therapy is giving her a wonderful foundation for her future experiences.
Quite apart from that, the hour spent in such a beautiful environment…the trees, the bush, the animals…is just so beneficial. Many sincere thanks to Anne- Katrin and Sterntaler! Carolyn McMurtrie

Want to feel happier, healthier and more vibrant?

Horses awaken self-initiative and connect to us emotionally.

In GROUP Equine Assisted Therapy Programs, the horse approaches the person without judgement, triggers actions and reactions and is a motivator. Physically, mentally and spiritually people will experience long forgotten abilities again and thus heal the imbalance within themselves. In this way people can release themselves from old limitations, create positive relationships and find their natural flow.

My daughters, 7 and 5 years old, started riding lessons this year and we could not be happier at Shine Bright Equine Human Services.
Anne-Katrin is wonderful with both girls, so kind and caring and patient! They both love the horses they ride, who are ever so gentle, and it’s wonderful watching their confidence grow.
My youngest daughter has Down Syndrome, and attends Shine Bright Equine Human Services for Equine assisted Therapy. Although she loves horses she is not safe around them at all. Anne-Katrin and Sterntaler have been the perfect duo to guide her manners around horses and help build her strength, coordination and confidence, as well as her emotional regulation. All of which will be important for her independence in the future.
Coming to Shine Bright Equine Human Services is the highlight of my girl’s week! Monica Whittingham
